We want you to love everything you get from Blanki. If something’s not right, here’s exactly how we’ll fix it for you—no endless emails, no hidden clauses.
1. Cancelling an order
Changed your mind? No worries. You can cancel any order within 2 hours of placing it as long as it hasn’t been packed or shipped.
Shoot us a mail at hello@blanki.in with your order number and we’ll cancel & refund instantly.
2. Refund eligibility
- Digital goodies (templates, e-books, software keys) can’t be returned once downloaded or accessed—think of it like unsealing a CD.
- Physical products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective or wildly different from what you saw on the site.
- Please keep the original packaging; we’ll need it for the return pick-up.
3. How to return
- Mail us at hello@blanki.in with your order number, a short note and a couple of photos (if the item is damaged).
- We’ll reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the nearest return address.
- Pack the item safely, write the RA number on the box and hand it to the courier we assign. That’s it—no printing labels, no long forms.
4. When will I get my money back?
We initiate refunds the same day we receive the returned parcel. The actual credit shows up in:
- Cards / UPI: 5-7 working days (bank time-lines)
- Wallets / Net-banking: 2 working days
We’ll email you the transaction reference so you can track it with your bank.
5. Shipping costs
Original delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is on us if the product was damaged or incorrect; otherwise we’ll deduct a flat ₹99 from the refund to cover safe pick-up.
